FireBix Terms & Condition

Welcome to FireBix. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FireBix and its related services. FireBix is a digital platform owned, operated, and maintained by RS Techno Studios.

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using FireBix, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of FireBix immediately.

1. About FireBix

FireBix is a creator-focused social publishing platform designed to enable users to create, publish, and engage with digital content in multiple formats.

FireBix may include but is not limited to:

  • Sparks (short-form videos)
  • Posts
  • Articles
  • Creator Profiles (FireSites)
  • Comments and Social Interactions

FireBix aims to empower creators by providing tools to build identity, publish content, and engage with audiences.

2. RS One Account Requirement

Because FireBix is a product of RS Techno Studios, certain core features of FireBix require a valid RS One account.

RS One acts as a unified identity and authentication system across the RS ecosystem. By creating a single RS One account, you may access multiple RS Techno Studios services, including but not limited to:

  • FireBix
  • StayBix
  • Yagya AI
  • Other current or future RS Techno Studios services

This unified ecosystem improves security, simplifies authentication, and enhances service integration.

You are solely responsible for protecting your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.

3. Eligibility

By using FireBix, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
  • You provide accurate and truthful information.
  • You comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Fake identities, impersonation, misleading accounts, or fraudulent activity are prohibited.

4. Creator Responsibility & FireSite

Certain creator features may require the creation of a public creator profile known as a FireSite.

Creators are responsible for:

  • Profile information
  • Handles and branding
  • Uploaded content
  • Public interactions

Any activity occurring under your account is considered your responsibility unless proven otherwise.

5. User Generated Content

Users may upload or publish content including videos, images, posts, articles, comments, and other media (“User Content”).

By uploading content, you confirm that:

  • You own the content or have legal rights to use it.
  • The content does not violate laws or third-party rights.
  • The content is not harmful, deceptive, abusive, or illegal.

You remain solely responsible for all content you publish.

6. Content Ownership & License

You retain ownership of your original content.

However, by uploading content to FireBix, you grant FireBix and RS Techno Studios a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

  • Host
  • Store
  • Process
  • Optimize
  • Display
  • Distribute

This license exists solely for platform operation, security, delivery, and improvement of services.

Ownership of your content remains with you.

7. Music, Audio & Copyright Responsibility

FireBix does not automatically own, license, or claim rights over third-party songs, music, movie clips, audio tracks, or copyrighted material uploaded by users.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring they possess appropriate rights, permissions, or licenses before uploading copyrighted content.

Unauthorized copyrighted uploads may result in:

  • Content removal
  • Copyright complaints
  • Account suspension
  • Legal action by rights holders

FireBix reserves the right to remove infringing content at its sole discretion.

8. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

  • Pornographic or sexually explicit content
  • Child exploitation material
  • Hate speech
  • Harassment or bullying
  • Violent extremism or terrorism promotion
  • Fraud, scams, phishing
  • Malicious software or harmful links
  • Copyright infringement
  • Spam or fake engagement
  • Dangerous misinformation

Severe or repeated violations may result in permanent account suspension.

9. AI-Assisted Safety & Moderation

To maintain platform safety, FireBix may use automated moderation technologies, including systems powered by Yagya AI and other internal moderation tools.

These systems may analyze content, reviews, reports, and behavioral patterns to help detect:

  • Spam
  • Bot activity
  • Fake engagement
  • Suspicious reviews
  • Abuse
  • Harmful content

Automated systems assist moderation but may not always be perfect. Final moderation decisions may involve both AI and manual review.

10. Moderation Rights

FireBix and RS Techno Studios reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to:

  • Review content
  • Restrict visibility
  • Hide content
  • Remove content
  • Suspend accounts
  • Terminate access

This may occur with or without prior notice where necessary for safety, abuse prevention, compliance, or platform integrity.

11. Reporting & Abuse Prevention

Users may report content that violates platform rules.

False reporting, malicious reporting, or misuse of reporting systems is prohibited and may result in action against the reporting user.

12. Data & Privacy

FireBix values user privacy and collects limited information necessary for:

  • Authentication
  • Security
  • Service delivery
  • Abuse prevention
  • Analytics
  • Platform improvement

RS Techno Studios does not sell personal user data to third parties.

User data may only be processed for legitimate operational, security, compliance, and service improvement purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Service Availability

FireBix is provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that FireBix will always be:

  • Uninterrupted
  • Error-free
  • Bug-free
  • Continuously available

Downtime may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, infrastructure failures, or external disruptions.

14. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the following are protected intellectual property of RS Techno Studios:

  • FireBix branding
  • Logos
  • Platform interface
  • System architecture
  • Proprietary technology

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, reverse engineering, or misuse is prohibited.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FireBix and RS Techno Studios shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Loss of profits
  • Service interruptions
  • Data loss
  • Third-party misuse
  • User-generated content damages

Use of FireBix is entirely at your own risk.

16. Changes to Terms

RS Techno Studios reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms become effective once published on FireBix. Continued use of FireBix after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
